Contribution to the IIGA:

Geoff was appointed by Isle of Man Government as Organiser for the 1985 Year of Sport and Organising Director for the inaugural Inter-Island Games. He was given the unique title ‘Pater Ludorum’ in recognition of his outstanding service to the IIGA in 1993. Geoff was the editor and researcher of the publication ‘History of the Island Games 1985 – 1995’
