Contribution to the IIGA:
Bo was a Member of the Gotland Team at the inaugural Inter-Island Games in the Isle of Man in 1985. He was responsible for the introduction of the Tree Planting Ceremony in 1991 at the Aland Games and which has since become an IIGA tradition. He was a Member of the Gotland Organising Committee for the 1999 Games and Chairman of the Gotland Bid Committee to Host the 2015 Games.
