Dear Friends of the NatWest Island Games.
It is not long now until we will meet again - this time in the Isle of Wight, where we will discuss the Future of the Games and decide on whether Gotland or Jersey will be the Host for the 2015 Island Games. We are indebted to them both for bidding to host a Games and hence inviting us to their islands to celebrate the XVI Island Games.
We still have a lot of challenges to face - in sport, politics and finance to mention just a few, and they are all vital for both the potential Host Islands and for the visiting Member Islands. The challenges are always different yet remain the same. As we are all equal partners in the Association we are therefore all responsible for ensuring the NatWest Island Games continues to be 'the Friendly Games'.
Fond memories of the 2009 NatWest Island Games will be relived in the Isle of Wight this summer when the 2009 Organising Committee introduce the their Games DVD.

The 2009 Games DVD is approximately 60 minutes long and has been produced by the advertising agency Maridea and directed by Mikael Stenborg.
