Shetland Sports Development Group, the Treasurer of the Shetland
Junior Football Association and coach to the under 18s football

Recreational Trust and as such is responsible for the overall
management of eight leisure facilities within the Shetland Islands.

IGA History: His involvement with
the Games began in 1987 when he was Assistant to the General Team
Manager. He was appointed as General Team Manager for the Shetland
team for the 1989 Games in Faroe, and continued in that role for
the Games in Aland 1991 and the Isle of Wight in 1993. James
was elected as a Member of the IGA Executive Committee during the
1999 NatWest Island Games in Gotland. |
